Used and second-hand prices, compared

Everything deserves a second chance.

Same item, ten listings, ten prices. We line them up so you see at once who’s asking too much.

Used deals below the typical price

See all

Same model, cheaper than most of the other offers. A price like that sometimes has a reason: read the listing before you buy.

Refurbished or second-hand?

For every model, the cheapest refurbished next to the cheapest second-hand.

What NotDone does

We read second-hand listings from several sites and shops, put them side by side, and show you what others ask for the same item. We sell nothing: the link takes you to the seller.

How it works

Questions about used prices

Where do the offers come from?

From second-hand listings on eBay, Etsy and other sites and shops, which we read every day. We keep the ones that ship to the UK and show what each one costs you in total, with a link to the listing.

What is the typical price?

It's the price in the middle: half the compared offers cost less, half cost more. We only compare listings of the same model in the same stated condition. When there are only a few offers, we say so next to the price.

How much is my used item worth?

Search for the model: the typical price tells you what other sellers are asking today for the same item in the same condition. That's what they ask, not what they get. If you want to sell quickly, price it a little below.

Does the price include shipping?

Yes: it's what you pay to have it delivered in the UK. When a site doesn't say what shipping costs, we write that under the price rather than guess.

Is an offer far below the typical price a bargain?

Sometimes. Sometimes there's a reason: a fault, a missing part, a photo borrowed from another listing. Offers too cheap to be true stay out of the comparison. For the rest, read the listing carefully before you buy.

How often are the offers updated?

Several times a day: new listings come in and we check the old ones again. When an item sells or the listing closes, it leaves the comparison. A listing can close before we notice, so the seller's site always has the latest word.
