Ober. Sharing the back cover is a translation of these notes into German. The following is a snippet of the original English text : “The three classical concertos of the later baroque period here recorded furnish insight into the practices of the second generation of Italian concerto writers. By the time of Vivaldi, Leo, Tartini, and their contemporaries [approx. 1675 - 1770], the concerto was no longer an experimental form in the process of being developed; it had evolved and its basic principles were constantly being shaped and adapted by later practitioners to the spirit of their own age.” CONDITION - STILL SEALED - UNPLAYED
