What the seller says
Made in Japan from 1962, the exposure controls are all around the lens; the rearmost ring on the 45mm f2.8 lens controls focus. The next ring sets the aperture, down to f16 and the next ring sets the shutter speed, between 1s 1/500s (+B). The front ring carries a Light Value Scale for transferring the meter reading to the controls. A "cross-coupling ring" allows adjustment of the aperture and speed in step to maintain the value set on the LVS ring. The shutter is fully operational and the overall condition of the camera body is very good with only minor paint loss on the edges. The selenium metering is working, which is quite rare in these early 1960s rangefinders. The light-seals have all been replaced in the past week. The camera comes with the original, but slightly worn Yashica hard cover case. A classic rangefinder from the swinging 60s!
