Italian mid-century modern reclining armchair from the 1960s, featuring a sculptural solid wood frame with angular legs and integrated armrests. The dynamic structure reflects the bold design language of post-war Italian furniture, combining comfort with strong architectural character. The chair retains its original fabric upholstery, decorated with a period plaid pattern in warm earthy tones. As expected for an authentic vintage piece, the fabric shows visible signs of wear, including areas of thinning and surface distress, which contribute to its character and testify to its originality. The reclining mechanism is functional, allowing the backrest to tilt for added comfort. To keep the shipping cost lower, the armchair will be shipped completely disassembled.
